The exam rooms are not very clean to begin with. but what most upset me was the fact that i had a 9am appointment and wasnt seen until 10:30, When i asked the receptionist, twice, about the wait she replied "we're very backed up but they're cleaning your room right now. You're next" it was as if she was reading from a script. I scheduled a teeth cleaning (my insurance covers 1 every 6 months) and during my visit they took X-rays and wrote up an estimate for almost $700 on some miscellaneous procedures. Then they tried to send me on my way. I told them i had a scheduled teeth cleaning and they said i needed a specific type of soultuion that would cost $75 or if i wanted the cleaning covered buy insurance i would have to wait an hour because all the hygeneists were "busy"! two other people complained about the wait time while i was in the waiting room. And last but no tleast the dentist'd there, especially the men, have a sort of arrogance to them.
